Top 5 Tools Apps in Norway Q1 2022: Performance Overview

In the first quarter of 2022, the top tools apps in Norway exhibited varying performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how BankID, Posten, mypostnord, Samsung Smart Switch Mobile, and Fjordkraft performed during this period.

BankID saw a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 4K at the end of December 2021 and reaching nearly 28.6K by the end of March 2022. Active users also grew steadily from approximately 42K to about 91K over the same period.

Posten experienced fluctuating download numbers, beginning with 5.7K and peaking at around 10.6K in the week of March 21. Their active user base showed consistent growth, starting at 32.4K and reaching 43K by the end of Q1.

mypostnord had a significant drop in downloads from 13.9K at the start of the quarter to about 3.9K by the end of March. However, its active user base remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 22K and 25K throughout the quarter.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile exhibited a gradual increase in weekly downloads from 2.2K at the end of December to approximately 2.1K by the end of March. The app's active user count declined from 34.5K to around 16.6K during the same period.

Fjordkraft saw a modest rise and fall in weekly downloads, starting at 3.5K and peaking at 4.6K in early January before settling at around 1.9K by the end of March. Active user data for this app was not available.
